The blow PET Mould process involves three stages
  • Injection blow molding is widely referred to as a manufacturing
    process. This process combines the precision of injection molding with
    minimal waste and rapid Blow Mould.
    It can work with plastic. It specializes in creating divine shapes such
    as bottles. Because blow molding methods are less expensive than
    manufacturing methods, these methods are commonly used to make larger
    containers by using extrusion blow molding. The output of this technique
    is usually not clear glass seams.


    The blow PET Mould process involves three stages, including injecting
    material into a preform mold, blow molding, and final product discharge
    from the machine. The commonly used machine configuration is a blow
    molding machine with these stages. The machine can rotate 120 inches at
    each stage of the molding process.


    The injection phase begins when molten glass or plastic is injected
    into the preform mold on the mandrel. It can form the interior of the
    parison, you can also complete the neck. Then, the parison is separated
    from the mold and then inserted into the blow mold. In the blow mould,
    the parison will be pressurized air to inflate. Then, after cooling, the
    product will be discharged from the machine. The final step is to test
    whether the product leaks and then move it to another station for
    collation or labeling.


    When designing a model of the product you are about to make, you have
    to think about some important issues. You must consider choosing the
    right thermoplastic resin for your application, designing the geometry
    of the mold, shrinking the material during the cooling phase, and
    calculating the amount of material to be injected. Another important
    factor you have to consider is choosing the right pressure to inflate
    the parison. At design time, the tolerances of the mandrel and the
    preform mold must be taken into account so that core erosion can be
    perfectly placed on the center of the mold and the parison can have a
    constant wall thickness. There are many products that can be made by
    blow mould, especially bottles, cans, and small containers.
