  • Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) invites applications under new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 2000 flats at New Chandigarh & Mohali for Government Employees.     MOHALI: The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority ( Gmada ) has so far failed to acquire land (44.96 acres) for initiation of mega projects like the mega township comprising Sectors 105, 106, 108, 109 and 110 at Raipur Kalan, Dhol, Maujpur and Bhago Majra villages in the district.

    Planned to the south of MDR-B, this project is available in Phase-I, who is being developed on an area of 400 acres, which has been acquired under 100% land pooling, thereby making the farmers as the stakeholders and none of the farmers have been uprooted.
